Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Professional to join our team at Kroger. As a Jewelry Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our fine jewelry products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service
  • Achieve personal sales targets and promote Diamond Parties and special events
  • Work with teammates to achieve store goals and create a positive working atmosphere
  • Foster life-long emotional connections with customers through clienteling
  • Provide product knowledge and features to customers
  • Advise customers on quality, cuts, and value of jewelry and gems
  • Operate point of sale and take payment or obtain credit authorization
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry
  • Provide estimates for jewelry and watch repairs
  • Perform watch battery replacements and watch band adjustments
  • Follow receiving and processing procedures
  • Display merchandise and promotional materials
  • Perform business opening and closing procedures
  • Perform basic housekeeping and maintain safety and security of the location
  • Participate in the inventory process and complete case counts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Commitment to excellence and desire to grow
  • Goal-oriented and sales-driven with a passion to succeed
  • Minimum 18 years of age and ability to pass a drug test
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy/attention to detail
