Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of textile and hard surface cleaning, including carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning. They will work independently and as part of a team, under the direction of our Operations Manager. Good communication skills are essential, as the candidate will need to interact with clients and our office team through various means.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of commercial carpets, tile, and upholstery, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Obtain daily schedules and work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collect payments from clients and obtain job completion signatures.
  • Document job completion, including notes, photos, and videos.
  • Follow proper steps for commercial carpet extraction cleaning, encapsulation cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and VCT stripping, cleaning, and re-finishing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including managing customer expectations and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work van and equipment.
  • Attend meetings as required and perform other job-related duties as requested by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
  • A great attitude and willingness to help teammates.
  • Ability to work on feet for long periods and lift equipment occasionally, up to 90 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills, with a second language a plus.
  • Mechanical skills a plus.
  • Maintain a clean-cut and neat appearance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
  • Pass a background check and be drug-free.
  • Ability to manage customer concerns with little oversight.
  • Reliable, punctual, and energetic, with a friendly demeanor.
