  • Alumni Engagement: Coordinate alumni activities and ensure ongoing engagement with program graduates, providing support and resources to help them maintain their mindfulness practice and integrate it into their daily lives.
  • Discharge Follow-up: Conduct discharge follow-up to support participants in their transition from the program to alumni status, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition.
  • Needs Assessment: Develop and adapt mindfulness activities to meet the specific needs of different groups, including youth, adults, and individuals in recovery, ensuring that the program remains inclusive and responsive to the diverse needs of the community.
  • Community Outreach: Advocate for mindfulness and well-being initiatives within the community or organization, promoting the value and benefits of mindfulness in daily life.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Personal Mindfulness Experience: A solid personal history of practicing mindfulness is essential for this position, as it provides a foundation for sharing personal experiences and insights with participants.
  • Training or Certification: While formal certification is not necessary, some training in peer support or facilitation can be advantageous in this role.
Travel Requirements

This position requires frequent travel throughout the state to fulfill job duties, and the successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
