Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Provider Network Management Contracting to lead our contracting team and processes with healthcare providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our provider network supports our strategic objectives and meets the needs of our members while ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the contracting team and processes with healthcare providers, including negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of contracts
  • Ensure that the provider network supports the organization's strategic objectives and meets the needs of members
  • Develop and implement value-based strategies within the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze data to inform contracting decisions and optimize network performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Six (6) years of Managed Care experience with leadership skills, including:
    • Managed Care Provider Contracting and Reimbursement experience
    • Network contracting experience
  • Significant knowledge in health insurance
  • Ability to lead and influence effectively
  • Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $40.74-$61.11 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
