About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a passion for wine and excellent communication skills. As a Wine Sales Professional, you will be working closely with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that our products are always stocked and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our Italian wine selection, including varieties, regions, and vintages.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is always well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing, with products stocked and easily accessible.
