Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PCBA Technician to join our team at a well-established manufacturing company. As a PCBA Technician, you will be responsible for operating and technically supporting all PCBA processes, including Stencil Design, Laser Cutter Programming, Screen Printer Programming, Solder Paste Inspection Programming, Pick and Place Programming, Automated Optical Inspection Programming, and Reflow Profiling.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain PCBA equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling electronics units.
  • Apply knowledge of electronic theory and components to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
  • Create standard operating procedures for equipment and processes.
  • Identify potential safety and performance issues and take action to eliminate them.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in printed circuit board assembly.
  • Strong computer software skills and the aptitude to learn new software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with focused execution of tasks.
  • Attention to safety, quality, and performance.
  • Self-starter with a sense of self-reliance and urgency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in the development of module packaging processes such as SMT, underfill, dispensing, and epoxy die attach.
  • Experience in advanced packaging technologies such as die attach, wirebond, flip-chip.
