We are seeking a highly skilled Printed Circuit Board Assembly Technician to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of electronic components.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain all PCBA processes, including stencil design, laser cutting, screen printing, and reflow profiling.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering instructions to assemble electronic units.
- Apply knowledge of electronic theory and components to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
- Create standard operating procedures for equipment and identify potential safety and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.
- 7+ years of experience in printed circuit board assembly.
- Strong computer software skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution.
- Attention to safety, quality, and performance.
- Hands-on experience in module packaging processes, such as SMT, underfill, dispensing, and epoxy die attach.
- Experience in advanced packaging technologies, such as die attach, wirebond, and flip-chip.
