- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build and scale omni capabilities, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures, and select and develop a team of future leaders.
- Analytical and Process-Oriented: Comfortable making data-driven decisions and identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
