Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with the Expeditor/Kitchen to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
  • Track preparation times on all food and beverage orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and attentive manner, ensuring all orders are correct before serving to guests.
  • Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests' needs, making suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service as needed.
  • Remove dirty dishes, glassware, utensils, and other items from tables and restock side stations/Expeditor area as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the Expeditor/Server/Bartender/Manager to ensure smooth service and resolve any guest complaints promptly and according to company guidelines.
  • Help set up and break down side stations/Expeditor area, keeping the area restocked throughout the shift.
  • Clean and sweep floors as needed, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for guests.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and food safety and responsible alcohol service practices.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Must obtain Food Handler's Certification.
  • Must obtain a Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
