Culinary Specialist

At The Villages, we are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Food Handler's Certification required.
• Departmental software computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
