**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Child Developmental Specialist to join our team at Cleveland Clinic. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, and medical staff to provide expert care and support for children with developmental delays and disabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in child development.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between hospital and community settings.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field, such as Child Development or Special Education.
  • Current licensure or certification in the State of Florida.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in child development or special education, preferably in a clinical setting.

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
