Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Packing Supervisor to join our Nevada Fulfillment Center team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and assigning work to ensure efficient and effective packing and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, and assign work to team members to address and resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach associates on processes, providing feedback and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed customer requirements and production needs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Assist managers and other internal groups to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines, as well as assure the safety and security of team members and inventory.
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate with other departments to improve processes and procedures, monitor associate production standards, and partner with team members to ensure SOPs are followed.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Execute tasks to ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies, and guidelines are met.
Requirements
  • Inventory and Logistics Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independence and Multitasking: Ability to work independently, multitask, and follow process and standard procedures.
