Job Summary:

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment that reflects the high standards of our hotel.
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the shift team to ensure seamless communication and a consistent level of service.
  • Sales and Revenue: Maximize sales revenue through effective up-selling and marketing programs, ensuring that our guests are aware of all available services and amenities.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.

Requirements:

  • Front Office Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and sales capabilities, with the ability to upsell and promote our services effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
