We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team. As an Optical Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service, selling and dispensing eyewear, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Meet sales and company objectives by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
    • Assist customers in selecting the right eyewear and contact lenses to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Dispensing
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear trends and products.
    • Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers, ensuring accurate prescriptions and proper fitting.
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
    • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store display.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous Retail Experience
    • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Detailed-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
