Mall of America - Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview

The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic about fashion and has a knack for building and nurturing customer relationships, both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through effective in-store and digital selling techniques, utilizing various selling tools.
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with customers.
  • Deliver exceptional service tailored to the preferences of each customer.
  • Provide genuine and confident advice regarding style and fit.
  • Enhance your fashion and product knowledge to elevate your expertise.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the department is always customer-ready, which includes managing inventory, restocking, re-merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Foster customer loyalty by enrolling new members in the rewards program.

Work Schedule

The hours for this position will vary based on business needs, and flexibility to perform duties in different departments may be required.
