Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a key member of our Corporate Law department, you will play a critical role in developing insurance solutions that address the exposures of companies and individuals involved in Corporate Mergers and Acquisition Transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex due diligence projects and write due diligence reports
  • Collaborate with Producers, Client Service and Mergers and Acquisitions Team Members, Investment Bankers and Private Equity Firms, Client Companies, and Reciprocal Insurers
  • Investigate and develop solutions to transaction problems and issues
  • Prepare and review deal documents
  • Analyze Tax Structuring
  • Provide expert support for The preparation of submissions and indication summaries, The placement and underwriting process, Negotiations, Clients, Brokers and Producers throughout underwriting process and closings
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and significant professional exposure to Corporate Law and Taxation, Investment Banking, and Financial Accounting
  • High-end experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and significant professional exposure to Corporate Law and Taxation, Investment Banking, and Financial Accounting
