Job Title: Credit Coordinator

At Ace Endico, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Coordinator to join our team. As a Credit Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enhancing and supporting our company's collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to optimize credit procedures and improve collection rates.
  • Review and reconcile outstanding account balances, preparing weekly reports on accounts receivable and past due status.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their accounts.
  • Approve order releases for credit accounts on credit hold and send past due letters via email or mail.
  • Resolve uncollected CODs, skipped invoices, underpaid invoices, and process NSF checks.
  • Process approved payments from customers and negotiate repayment terms with past due accounts.
  • Review and process credit applications within established company guidelines.
  • Participate in credit department meetings and communicate concerns to management.
Requirements:
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with credit accounts and following established guidelines.
Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements for this role include sitting in front of a computer throughout the day, making phone calls, and typing. Occasional lifting, pushing, or moving items weighing up to 15 pounds may be required.
