Credit Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Coordinator to join our team at Ace Endico Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in enhancing and supporting our company's collection efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales and Finance to optimize credit procedures and improve collection outcomes.
- Regularly review outstanding balances and collaborate with customers to resolve issues and collect outstanding funds.
- Communicate effectively with accounts, providing essential support for sales teams in the field.
- Reconcile account balances, prepare weekly reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Approve order releases for credit accounts, send past due letters, and notify customers of uncollected CODs and NSF checks.
- Process approved payments, resolve disputes, and negotiate repayment terms with past due accounts.
- Review and process credit applications, participate in credit department meetings, and communicate concerns to management.
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with credit accounts and following established guidelines.
