Key Responsibilities:
- Execute site assessments to evaluate soil and rock characteristics
- Conduct geotechnical evaluations and calculations
- Design foundations, retaining walls, and slope stabilization solutions
- Work closely with project teams to incorporate geotechnical insights
- Supervise construction processes to ensure compliance with geotechnical standards
- Generate clear and detailed reports and recommendations

Manage budgets and project financials for precision; ensure accurate client invoicing.

Foster positive relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Engage in professional gatherings and business development activities as required.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.

Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) License, preferably in the State of North Carolina.

Proven experience in geotechnical assessments, preparing geotechnical reports, establishing testing protocols, analyzing test results, conducting engineering evaluations for foundation design, drilling and boring plan development, site preparation considerations, slope stability assessments, and seismic risk evaluations.
