Senior Business Manager Supply Chain Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager to lead our Supply Chain Services team. As a key member of our Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics (FTR) organization, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring seamless execution of our supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sourcing, selection, and contract negotiation of suppliers to ensure alignment with our supply chain strategy.
- Develop and execute global supplier cost, risk, and lead time reduction strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Engineering, and Procurement, to achieve programmatic objectives.
- Manage supplier performance and conduct regular business reviews to ensure compliance with contracts and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to standardize business processes and drive data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Finance.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, supplier management, commodity management, account management, strategic sourcing, and/or manufacturing operations.
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams and/or in program or project management.
- Demonstrated use of technical, analytical, and management skills to lead RFQs, supplier selection, supplier capacity planning, and supplier risk identification/mitigation in NPI programs.
- Experience with contract negotiation and execution with domestic and internationally based contract manufacturers.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders, responsibilities, and delivering multiple first-of-their-kind programs with aggressive schedules.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Tableau analytics, and ERP/PLM Systems.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $133,200/year to $220,200/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
