Gannett Fleming is in search of a qualified Air Quality Compliance Specialist to lead air quality initiatives within our growing Environmental division. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to the expansion of our services supported by our established national practice across the U.S. and Canada. Join our Mission

Our team at Gannett Fleming comprises engineers, scientists, planners, and designers who collaborate with both public and private sector clients in various industries, including manufacturing, transportation, real estate, institutional, and food and beverage, as well as federal, state, and local governments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering technical expertise on air quality compliance and permitting projects, including PSD and Title V permitting, alongside emissions control and compliance programs;
  • Creating air quality technical documentation, audit reports, and other necessary deliverables.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of applicable regulations.
  • Managing and executing projects for diverse private sector clients focusing on air quality-related environmental compliance services, including air permitting, emissions calculations, conducting studies and analyses, regulatory research, and compiling and drafting reports and other documents.
  • Providing support and insights for proposals and business pursuits, as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in air quality analysis and permitting, including PSD and Title V as well as emissions control and compliance programs.
  • Experience in the consulting field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A valid U.S. Driver's license is required for this position.
