Job Title: Business Analyst Premium III

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets to join our team at Dexian. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Capital Markets domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFA candidate or degree in Risk Management.
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment.
  • Strategic vision and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of VBA, PL/SQL, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
  • Knowledge of a Capital Markets trading system (such as Murex or Summit).
