Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities to inform product management decisions.
  • Support growth and profitability targets by maintaining a portfolio of new products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional divisions and HQ in Korea to develop and execute new product development strategies.
  • Manage product lifecycles, including product improvements and SKU rationalization.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to stay abreast of product and category developments.
  • Develop and direct marketing and sales collateral, such as sell sheets and brochures.
  • Assist with other marketing projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Passion for food and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual skills in Korean required.
