The Front Desk Team plays a crucial role in enhancing the client experience. They are the first point of contact, ensuring that every client feels welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. This team is responsible for maintaining a seamless studio operation, characterized by exceptional hospitality and vibrant energy throughout all interactions.

ROLE TYPE: PART-TIME

AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS: We are particularly seeking candidates with strong weekend availability, ideally including both Saturday and Sunday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client experiences.
  • Manage the class check-in process and oversee opening and closing tasks.
  • Assist management with daily operations and special projects.
  • Support instructors to ensure a smooth studio experience.
  • Conduct bike fittings and perform maintenance as needed.
  • Exhibit helpfulness, efficiency, and initiative.
  • Encourage teamwork and camaraderie among staff.
  • Help train new Front Desk Team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of studio events, operations, and retail offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive community atmosphere within the studio.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and training opportunities.
  • Attend monthly team meetings outside of regular shifts.
  • Complete annual performance reviews for self and peers.

SCHEDULING EXPECTATIONS:

  • Must be available for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours weekly, including weekends:
    • Shift Requirements: At least two shifts per week (2 to 5 hours each) and at least two weekend days monthly.
    • Shift Times Needed: Mornings (5:15am-8:30am, 8am-11:30am), Mid-day (12pm-4pm), Evenings (4pm-8pm), and Weekends (6:30am-1pm).
    • Potential for a summer or year-round position.
  • Access to reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid CPR/AED certification.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
