Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with expertise in End-User Support, Cloud Infrastructure, and video teleconferencing equipment, with a primary focus on Microsoft Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will support and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based systems, delivering exceptional end-user support both in person and via remote management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide liaison support with Information Technology and Audio-Visual vendors and contractors, ensuring the support of managed services in assigned areas.
  • Assess PC or Server hardware and software needs for user departments to meet application and system requirements.
  • Research technological solutions and methods of application delivery to satisfy business requirements.
  • Create and maintain project plans for installation and upgrades of applications within an enterprise project management system.
  • Assist with project management, including project planning, gathering quotes and planning installations.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, developing procedures as needed.
  • Coordinate product installations, upgrades and ongoing maintenance needs for smooth operation of applications.
  • Test and implement new systems into user departments.
  • Consult with customers to resolve problems.
  • Develop technical feasibility and/or alternatives to system problems.
  • Provide training for users.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Azure endpoint Management Certification
  • Experience with MS Active Directory
  • Experience configuring video teleconferencing equipment - specifically Crestron equipment
  • Understanding of cloud video teleconferencing
  • Customer support experience
  • Ticket management experience
Minimum Qualifications
  • EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience
