Job Title: Customer Success Representative for Sheet Metal Manufacturing

At Bay Cities Metal Products, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team. Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to customer requests.
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order entry.
  • Maintain and file office documents to keep records organized and accessible.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Provide front desk reception services, greeting visitors and managing visitor logs.
  • Engage in other administrative and clerical office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and managing multiple calls.
  • Strong data entry skills with a typing speed range of words per minute.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness and capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and follow-up skills.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish preferred but not required.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Physical Demands: The role frequently requires walking, standing, sitting, and talking or hearing. Occasionally, the employee will need to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.
