Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bank of Hope. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide quality customer service while answering calls from customers, internal associates, and third-party inquiries.
- Deposit Products and Services: Be knowledgeable about deposit products and services, providing solutions depending on client needs.
- Online and Mobile Banking: Assist with online and mobile banking services and issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Be aware of irregular transactions and report suspicious or unusual activities to the appropriate areas.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Understand and adhere to Bank of Hope's policies and procedures, including BSA, fraud, and loss prevention.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with teammates, communicate professionally, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Language: English and Korean preferred.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate computer and MS Office experience, mobile device experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, active listening skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
- Teamwork Skills: Open to feedback, not afraid to ask for help, collaborate, and help teammates.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Able to multitask, think outside the box, and use analysis and logic to find solutions.
As a Customer Service Representative at Bank of Hope, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our customers. We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $21.64 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.
