Heavy Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Technica LLC.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults on complex machinery. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnostics and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify equipment issues and implement repairs using advanced tools and techniques.
- Component Replacement: Replace brake systems, heaters, engines, transmissions, and transfer cases as needed to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance services, including fluid draining and purging, to ensure equipment readiness for shipment.
- Lifting Requirements: Lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and frequently lift 40 pounds.
- Physical Demands: Stand for at least two continuous hours and work in cramped areas for extended periods.
- Environmental Factors: Work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, wind, rain, and snow.
