Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with business leadership to design, build, and deliver world-class Reporting & Analytics solutions, leveraging SAP-BW4HANA functionality and Fiori, AFO, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Independent Work: Operate independently, instilling confidence in business stakeholders to achieve successful business transformation, and mentor other R&A team members and IT resources to develop their understanding of R&A solutions and technologies.
  • Requirement Analysis: Work with business leadership to understand and document requirements, define functional and technical solutions, and recommend optimal solutions, focusing on process improvement and re-engineering opportunities.
  • Development & Testing: Develop Business Warehouse data models, deliver reports in Fiori, AFO, and SAC, and handle technical aspects including ABAP and CDS, and assist in testing and user acceptance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate continuous improvement post-implementation to enhance business performance, and identify R&A solution improvement opportunities and build business cases to encourage implementation.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Business Intelligence design and implementation experience (at least five years with SAP-BW)
  • 5+ years' experience of SAP BW4HANA
  • 2-3 years' experience of Fiori, AFO and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • 6+ years' experience with project delivery
