Position Overview:

The Stepping Stones Group is on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to become an integral part of our team, delivering outstanding therapy services to students within educational settings. This role is full-time and focused on school-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff members to address students' communication requirements.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in educational environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
