About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dedicated Customer Professional at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the indoor and outdoor facilities, restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash (if applicable).
  • Prepare and serve food and hot beverage products, ensuring that they are of high quality and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Manage ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages, monitoring product levels and re-stocking as needed to maximize sales and minimize loss.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Perform cash handling duties accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
  • Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.
