We are seeking an experienced Excavation Foreman/Operator to join our team at Vizmeg Landscaping. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on various projects, including parks, sports fields, trails, housing subdivisions, and more.

As an Excavation Foreman/Operator, you will be responsible for working closely with the estimator to collect production data and plan projects efficiently. Your expertise will be utilized in operating excavating and loading equipment, such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dozers.

You will also be responsible for managing subcontractors and conducting routine inspections and safety checks to ensure job sites are kept clean and safe.

Vizmeg Landscaping offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation time, holiday pay, overtime opportunities in peak seasons, and growth and advancement opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will require expert knowledge of dirt cuts, fills, compaction, and final grading. Experience with specific grading, slopes, and GPS equipment is highly preferred.

Vizmeg Landscaping serves the Greater Akron area, offering a range of services including commercial landscape design, residential design and build, and complete grounds maintenance services, including snow removal.
