Job Overview:
As an Excavation Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting our public and private sector projects. Your role will involve working on various sites including parks, sports fields, trails, housing subdivisions, and more.

Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation time, holiday pay, overtime available in peak seasons, and a 401k plan with company match.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the estimator to gather production data and develop swift planning strategies.
  • Operate excavating and loading equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dozers.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and safety checks to identify maintenance needs and ensure job sites are clean and safe.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an excavator operator.
  • Expert knowledge of dirt cuts, fills, compaction, and final grading.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Experience with specific grading, slopes, and GPS equipment is highly preferred.
