- 5+ years of experience leading substantial change management projects with successful outcomes in complex organizations
- Consulting experience is essential
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Strong coaching and influencing abilities; capable of guiding others towards a shared vision or goal
- Ability to quickly establish trust and value-based relationships with individuals at all organizational levels
- Solid facilitation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management methodologies
- Prosci or other Change Management certifications are preferred
- Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Confident, self-aware team player open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Ability to facilitate project teams, informed by a strong understanding of group dynamics while achieving results

Compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
