Role Overview
  • Assist clients in attaining sustainable performance and enhancements within their organizations
  • Develop a tailored change management strategy based on project requirements and execute change management activities for each project phase
  • Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify essential stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Anticipate organizational shifts associated with large-scale implementations and the necessary change management and communication strategies
  • Ensure key change initiatives meet business, schedule, and budget objectives
  • Establish relevant metrics and measures to help clients track progress, reinforce desired behaviors, and refine implementation outcomes
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure a unified understanding of timelines and overlaps
  • Create readiness and training materials utilizing various modalities based on best practices in customer experience
  • Apply Project Management methodologies in diverse roles
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value
  • Contribute to internal functions such as business development, talent development, recruitment, marketing, and more
  • Engage in activities that support our organizational culture
  • Collaborate with internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities within the program team and client groups
  • Maintain program sites as a centralized repository for all project-related information
  • Assist in producing high-quality and timely deliverables
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading substantial change management projects with successful outcomes in complex organizations
  • Consulting experience is essential
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Strong coaching and influencing abilities; capable of guiding others towards a shared vision or goal
  • Ability to quickly establish trust and value-based relationships with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Solid facilitation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management methodologies
  • Prosci or other Change Management certifications are preferred
  • Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Confident, self-aware team player open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Ability to facilitate project teams, informed by a strong understanding of group dynamics while achieving results
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic

Compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
