Director of MDS Operations

Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center is a prominent organization focused on long-term care, overseeing various facilities throughout Ohio. We are seeking to fill the position of Full-Time MDS Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse License in Ohio; a bachelor's degree in nursing is advantageous.
• Preferred two years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid within long-term care or relevant clinical training.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills are essential for both individual and group interactions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Familiarity with MDS 3.0, care plans, care guidelines, and CMI reimbursement processes is required.
