Director of MDS Operations

Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center is a prominent organization dedicated to long-term care, overseeing various facilities throughout Ohio. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Full-Time MDS Director.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse License in Ohio; a bachelor's degree in nursing is advantageous.
• Preferred experience includes two years in Medicare/Medicaid within long-term care or relevant clinical training.
• Exceptional communication and instructional skills are vital for both individual and group interactions.
• Ability to operate independently and efficiently.
• Familiarity with MDS 3.0, care plans, care protocols, and CMI reimbursement processes is essential.
