Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse License in Ohio; a bachelor's degree in nursing is advantageous.
  • Preferred two years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid within long-term care or relevant clinical training.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills are essential for both individual and group settings.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with MDS 3.0, care plans, care guidelines, and CMI reimbursement processes.
