Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Prudential Financial. As a key member of our Global Technology team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing machine learning models that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that deliver business value
  • Implement data pipelines and architectures to support machine learning model development and deployment
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and maintain high-quality machine learning models
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices for machine learning model development and deployment
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on software development and deployment
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and architecture, including data pipelines and data warehousing
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures and technologies, including AWS and Azure
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and Java
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
