We're seeking a seasoned Principal Data Scientist to join our Experimentation team at Rokt. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our marketplace, leveraging your expertise in auction theory, machine learning, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain metrics to track marketplace health and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with R&D and Sales stakeholders to develop strategies for growing the marketplace, including product roadmaps and sales programs
- Conduct in-depth analyses to support high-impact launches and sales growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist
- Strong academic or professional background in auction theory, machine learning, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python 3, SQL, and data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn
- Experience working with scaled marketplace and auction-driven businesses
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a focus on business outcomes
