ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

General Responsibilities for All Team Members
  • Operate all necessary equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and preparation areas.
  • Prepare food products.
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone.
  • Conduct inventory and complete related documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
Training
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

Communication Skills
  • Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.
  • Proficient verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues for order processing.
Essential Skills/Functions
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Capability to provide accurate monetary change.
  • Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing. Coordination between hands and eyes to perform tasks swiftly and accurately.
  • Ability to input orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
EXPOSURE TO
  • Varied and occasionally challenging weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
  • In-store temperatures ranging from cool to warm.
  • Sudden temperature changes in work areas.
  • Food odors and dust from ingredients.
  • Limited space in storage areas.
  • Hot surfaces and tools.
  • Sharp objects and moving machinery.

SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
  • Depth perception.
  • Ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.
