Join Cherry Bekaert as a Client Support Liaison and help us keep making a difference for our people and our clients. This role will assist our clients, both internal and external, by facilitating communication and exchange of documents. This is an in-office position.

As a Client Support Liaison Associate, you will:

  • Client Communication:
    • Request supporting documents
    • Follow up for signed engagement letters, consents, and e-file forms
    • Point of contact for non-technical matters
  • Manager Assistance:
    • Rolling tax returns in Axcess & Engagement Binders
    • Saving documents to Engagement & SP Binders
    • Preparing PBC & Open Items Lists
    • Assist with e-file rejections
    • Route extension workflows
    • Submission of Engagement Letters for preparation
  • Due Date Reporting
    • Schedule meetings with managers to review Due Date Lists
    • Analyze Data (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
    • Create nonstandard reports by request
  • Tax Caddy Support
    • Account management
    • Reporting of incoming documents
    • Move workflows into process based on % of documents received
  • Local Office Support
    • Print, bind, and process paper deliverables
    • Scan and upload documents to appropriate file servers and repositories
    • Serve as a backup resource for various local tasks, including reception desk coverage.

What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Some college preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills preferred

The range for this position is $24.25 to $27.25 per hour. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
