Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center.

This role is ideal for a responsible individual who can lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations across our 3 businesses; food & beverage, bowling, and arcade.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the GM and AGM in staffing and training team members, overseeing operations and guest experience, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an engaging atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team
  • Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members
  • Adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, safety requirements
  • Drive best practices through the organization and lead process improvement
  • Address operational issues affecting service or customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide health & 401k benefits for eligible team members, bonuses, free access to our facilities, monthly rewards, and company-wide contests.
