Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment hub seeking an experienced Operations Manager. This role requires a responsible individual who can lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations across three businesses: food & beverage, bowling, and arcade.

About the Role:

The Operations Manager will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in staffing and training team members, overseeing operations and guest experience, including all areas of service. They will ensure exceptional product delivery and drive best practices through the organization, leading process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

We seek candidates with 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality and/or food & beverage. Flexibility in working schedules, including weekends and holidays, is essential.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
