Job Title: Sales and Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Orangetheory - Franchise #0308. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading our sales team to success.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to achieving sales goals.
  • You will be responsible for leading the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing staff, inventory, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing staff, inventory, and facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus commissions on sales plus quarterly bonus. The estimated salary for this role is approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
