Job Description

As a member of the culinary team at Pierre Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations. Some of your key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Stocking and Setting Up - Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Food Preparation - Prepare food including cleaning and cutting ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Plating and Presentation - Work with the sous chef to ensure that prepared foods are plated according to the restaurant's standards.
  • Order Fulfillment - Collaborate with servers to ensure that orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing and cleaning utensils and equipment after each use and storing them properly at the end of shifts.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
