Executive Head Culinary Expert

Pierre Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Culinary Expert to lead our culinary team. This key role involves overseeing the kitchen department to ensure exceptional food standards and satisfaction for all guests.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits, to attract a talented individual who can develop menus that reflect customer tastes and seasonal availability.

• Oversee and approve all food preparations, quality, portions, specifications, and presentations.
• Create innovative recipes and menus that align with hotel theming.
• Organize and supervise safe, efficient, and sanitary food production processes.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in excellent condition and develop regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to direct and assist in purchasing all food and dry goods.
• Staff and schedule food production teams to meet labor costs and service standards.
• Direct and supervise chefs, cooks, butchers, and pantry team members.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a similar operation.
• Proven ability to develop menus and maintain effective communication with colleagues and guests.
• Experience in Food and Beverage Management is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
