- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical) preferred, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions within the aeronautical, space and defense industries, with knowledge of aftermarket environment (MRO, Airlines, Naval/Airland forces...)
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of aerospace and defense products and technologies
- Comfortable with developing, negotiating and proving out a Commercial and Aftermarket business case in a concise manner, challenging costings to secure long term profitability
- Experienced in the use of databases, contract negotiation and ITAR requirements
- Domestic and international air travel, with regular visits to SEC sites in North America/Canada/Mexico
