Job Title: School BCBA

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a School BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral support and services to students with autism and other behavioral disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral support services to students in various settings, including classrooms and resource rooms.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address behavioral and social-emotional needs.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavioral support services in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, intervention strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and team members.
