Como **Gerente General de Sitio** en GO Car Wash, tendrás la responsabilidad de gestionar todos los aspectos de la operación de tu lavado de autos, contando con el apoyo de equipos regionales y centrales. Deberás supervisar y mejorar continuamente las instalaciones, el equipo, el inventario, el marketing, las ventas, los gastos, el servicio y la seguridad en tu sitio, asegurando que tú, tu equipo y tu ubicación sobresalgan en ofrecer a nuestros clientes una experiencia de lavado de autos conveniente, consistente y excepcional, así como atender cualquier reclamación de los clientes que pueda surgir.

Para tener éxito en este rol, buscamos candidatos que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Título de secundaria o equivalente; se prefiere título universitario en negocios.
  • 2 años de experiencia en gestión, preferiblemente en un negocio relacionado con servicios.
  • Experiencia en lavado de autos es preferible, pero no es obligatoria.

Además, deberás ser capaz de:

  • Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y fomentar el crecimiento de las ventas.
  • Aplicar habilidades de liderazgo e interpersonales para involucrar a las personas.
  • Gestionar el tiempo, el trabajo y el equipo para completar diversas responsabilidades.
  • Lograr resultados financieros y de rendimiento a través de tu propio equipo y otros.
  • Resolver proactivamente y de manera creativa los desafíos operativos, de personal y de ganancias.
