Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing aircraft parts and supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure all items are accounted for and properly documented.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required parts for aircraft maintenance and repairs.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track parts usage, reorder points, and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies regarding parts handling and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and improving inventory management procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in aviation management or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in aviation parts inventory management or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations and standards pertaining to aircraft parts and inventory management is a benefit.
  • Proficient in using inventory management / work order software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
